Injection molding
Injection molding allows molding parts of all sizes, of very different weights, of varying hardnesses and from standard materials or custom-formulated.
How does it work?
The press is fed with continuous strips of raw rubber, preheated in a barrel before being automatically injected into the mold cavities. The duration of the molding cycle is linked to the nature of the elastomer and the shape of the part. Once vulcanization (curing) is complete, the rubber part is demolded then inspected.
